Why do I need an agency to interfere? Why can’t I just arrange the lessons and payment directly with the tutor?
Assuming that all matters concerning the lessons will be satisfactory, in regards to the quality, content, and performance of the tutor, there is not necessarily a need for an agency’s interference.
